The mod is being made by EBF fan Feit-Neo (also known as LightningLaser), with some new icons being made by me. Well, the mod isn't finished, but it has grown in scope since then, so there's a lot more content than originally planned. About a year ago I made an announcement about an EBF5 mod, and since then people have been asking me if it's finished yet.
